Refund and Reprint Policy
At Denver Print Works, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality prints that meet or exceed your expectations. However, we understand that issues can occur. Below is our policy regarding refunds and reprints:
1. No Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each print is made specifically for you, and we cannot resell customized items.
2. Reprints or Refunds: When We Make a Mistake
If we make an error (such as printing the wrong design, incorrect sizing, or a defect in production), we will promptly resolve the issue with a free reprint or a refund, depending on the situation.
What qualifies for a reprint or refund?
- The print does not match the approved design or file.
- The print is the wrong size, material, or finish compared to your order.
- There is a clear defect in print quality or workmanship.
To process a reprint or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a photo or video clearly showing the issue with the print.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
If the issue is confirmed, we will:
- Reprint the correct order and ship it at no cost to you.
- Or, issue a refund to your original payment method (only if a reprint is not possible).
3. When We Cannot Offer Refunds or Reprints
We cannot offer refunds or reprints under the following circumstances:
- Customer errors such as typos, incorrect files, or design mistakes provided during the ordering process.
- Slight color variations: Colors may appear differently on screens compared to physical prints due to varying monitor settings.
- Minor imperfections that fall within our acceptable production standards (e.g., small alignment shifts or material variances).
- Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling or improper storage).
4. Quality Assurance
To help avoid issues, we recommend:
- Double-checking your files for errors before submission.
- Requesting a sample print (available for an additional fee) to confirm quality before large-scale orders.
