- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation and design approval.
- Custom Orders: Custom printing orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the project.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Shipping destination.
- Package weight and dimensions.
- Chosen shipping method (e.g., standard, expedited, or overnight).
Any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes for international orders, are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options:
- Expedited Fee: $100.00 or 25% of the order whichever is greater
- Delivery time for expedited orders is typically 3-5 business days, depending on the destination.
- Expedited orders receive priority in processing and production.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking email, contact us at info@denverprintworks.com for assistance.
5. Shipping Delays
We aim to deliver orders on time; however, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues or errors.
- Weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Customs clearance for international orders.
While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist in resolving any shipping issues promptly.

- Denver Print Works is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an address change is needed after placing your order, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. Denver Print Works is not liable for lost or stolen packages but will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt at info@denverprintworks.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
8. International Shipping
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs clearance and local shipping regulations.
9. Returns and Undeliverable Packages
- Packages returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address) will incur additional reshipping fees.
- If you wish to cancel an undeliverable order, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any applicable fees.
